Oh gosh.

I can’t even begin to describe how much I LOVEEE music.

It’s entertaining, it’s fun, it’s a confidence booster, it’s a conversation starter, & hell – nothing has ever made me more productive. I totally swear by it when it comes to getting shit done & becoming the best version of yourself.

For me, music = motivation. I like it loud –  HA!

Especially when working out. YES.

But, sometimes music is very much underrated. People don’t usually relate music to productivity because they find that it can be very distracting. However, this just isn’t always the case – it might be a distraction sometimes, but that’s a GOOD thing. Reallyyy & truly.

Before I grasped exactly WTF made organic foods so special, I was so, so confused. Seriouslyyy.

I didn’t grow up eating all organic, so I had absolutely no clue.

Why should I pay double the money for foods that literally look the same as the normal, cheaper stuff?

The tomato. Such a controversial food, no?

I mean, really – IS IT a fruit? Or is it a vegetable?

My theory? It’s totally a fruit – I definitely eat it like one!

I’m talking : light breakfasts, juicy snacks, or a lil’ sweetness in my salad – YES.

Of course, I adore all fruits ( seriously, fruit is SO good – taste-wise & health-wise! ). But, tomatoes are probably one of the healthiest fruit choices out there.

First off, tomatoes are clearly not as sugary as apples or bananas … Seriously, 1 tomato only has 22 calories. You’d prob be burning more calories from slicing & eating the tomato! Or even just taking a huge bite out of it & trying not to make a mess ( been there, done that ). Negative calorie foods are the SH*T.

But, they also have so much more to offer …
