Hey! Thanks for following along on Snapchat! ♡
I was eating vegan only for the 46 days of Lent. I’ve been really into sustainability lately & learning a lot of what we as individuals can do to minimize our carbon footprint, which is why I chose to take on that challenge! I also watched a documentary called “Forks Over Knives” which encouraged me to see it through. Moving forward, I’m going to be eating a plant-based diet, meaning that 80% ish of the time I won’t be eating animal products. SO not too extreme so that I can enjoy a variety of foods ( & collagen supplements, if we’re being honest LOL ) while still reducing my footprint.
The overall experience was really great. I felt more energized since I was eating clean for most of that time, but it did take me awhile to figure out what to eat to maximize my protein intake. It wasn’t too difficult to pull off for the most part, aside from when I was dining out with friends – I didn’t want to be a bother, but it wasn’t too bad since everyone is so accommodating whenever I needed to sub out some items to make the dish vegan-friendly.
Thanks for asking! I will definitely be doing a post on this. 🙂
Oh gosh, I’m actually blushing – you’re too sweet! I am definitely not perfect at all ( hence, the shattering of the “blogger facade” ) – but I DO like to think that the combination of topics being covered on the blog will somewhat showcase how people can become their most beautiful selves. 😉
Beauty tends to work from the inside out – if you’re living a healthy, balanced life & happy with the person you are or the progress that you’re making, it will all fall into place. Much love! x
Hi cutie! I absolutely loved Disneyland Paris! There were hardly ever any lines ( I waited anywhere from 1 minute to at most 30 ) which was amazing. The thing is, at that point the last time I went to Disney was when I was 5, so it was like a “new” experience for me. I think most of the attractions were the same but there was a cute Ratatouille ride exclusive to Paris!
Basically, if you’ve been to the others it really isn’t necessary unless you just want to go to them all.
Have fun in Paris! It’s such a dream.
