I CANNOT tell you guys how many times I’ve realized how dehydrated I was!

It’s like I’m so busy getting through my day that I forget to take care of myself sometimes?

That can’t just be a me thing, right?

I’ve found that drinking lots & lots of plain water ( no sugars, additives, or anything – okay, maybe a handful of berries & a couple slices of lemon when I’m feeling EXTRA extra ) is the BEST thing that we can do for our bodies. It’s honestly the most important beauty tip, EVER. ( right next to getting enough sleep, but we’ll get to that some other time )

As in, if I could use this platform to just pass on one, singular beauty tip … it would be to chug down that H2O – whenever you freakin’ can.

DRAMATIC … Just in time for Halloween?

As you guys know, I’m studying abroad in Paris at the mo’ – which means that the fall break ( a.k.a. : the week of Halloween, which the U.S. doesn’t count as a no-school holiday, but Europe does) will involve lots of travel & wanderlust.

Seriously, I’ll be going from place to place & snapping ALL OF IT – come hang!

Thankfully, I don’t have Friday classes this semester – SO I had originally planned to make the most of my free time by going to London earlier than the rest of my girlfriends.

& I definitely wanted to have a few of my own Nancy Drew self-exploration moments, y’know?

There I was, with my hopefully-under-22-lb suitcase lagging behind me & my Longchamp bag weighing down my shoulder, stepping off the metro after being on it for 16 stops ( yup, I counted – I was that bored ) …
