Honest to God, we all have them, right???

& it’s fine. Commitment is hard, & it’s something that everyone struggles with at least one time in life, in one form or another – just being real.

The weirdo thing is, I NEVER had commitment issues when it came to working out.

I wasn’t lazy, unmotivated, whatever AT ALL.

What gives?

Like you would 100% have a higher chance of witnessing me snacking on some XXTRA Flamin’ Hot Cheetos & not fully committing to wellness. But ditching me-time with the treadmill & some weights?


Maybe it’s my sheer passion for fitness. Maybe it’s my SNAZZY gym membership.

I feel like it’s the latter – here’s why …

Oh gosh.

I can’t even begin to describe how much I LOVEEE music.

It’s entertaining, it’s fun, it’s a confidence booster, it’s a conversation starter, & hell – nothing has ever made me more productive. I totally swear by it when it comes to getting shit done & becoming the best version of yourself.

For me, music = motivation. I like it loud –  HA!

Especially when working out. YES.

But, sometimes music is very much underrated. People don’t usually relate music to productivity because they find that it can be very distracting. However, this just isn’t always the case – it might be a distraction sometimes, but that’s a GOOD thing. Reallyyy & truly.

Before I grasped exactly WTF made organic foods so special, I was so, so confused. Seriouslyyy.

I didn’t grow up eating all organic, so I had absolutely no clue.
